Meera Srinivasan, is a business leader based in Mumbai, India and she brings with her 25 years of experience in Retail Operations, Consulting and Business Development, across BFSI, IT, ITES and Telco sectors. She has served customers in India, UK, USA and South Africa. As a P&L head, she has led very large units spanning business operations on one hand and IT delivery on the other for multiple geographies. Meera has been involved in Customer Relationship engagement, both B2C and B2B for over a decade, having built vertical specific models for industries. Meera is currently transitioning from her current role as the Country Lead for Insurance and Telco & Media verticals for a global MNC and will now handle the COS for Customer Experience for Lassib Society.

Meera, having spent long years in Customer Management, is passionate about service standards enhancement with apt use of technology and business excellence. Personally she enjoys reading, traveling, nature trails, and also spends time on animal welfare.
